A fully customizable question and answer mechanism whereby staff members are presented with a series of questions that when answered result in the creation of Staff Reports and their related agenda item documents.
This enterprise-wide collaborative tool within eAgenda allows authors of Staff Reports to request review of their documents at any stage in the life cycle of the agenda item. Reviewers receive an e-mail alert that the Staff Report is ready for review.
Within eAgenda, there are two levels of Administration, an overall System’s Administration where enterprise-wide functionality is maintained, and a department-level coordination where specific departmental functionality is maintained.
eAgenda exports agenda item information directly into AgendaBuilder, making Agenda creation faster and more accurate. Department Agenda Staff Reports are hyperlinked to each agenda item.
AgendaPlanner assists in organizing the staff report author in planning and referencing current and future staff reports. This “Back-into-Date” calendar is fully customizable and offers due dates for each step of the process. A great time management tool!
AgendaQuestionnaire is a fully customizable question and answer mechanism whereby staff members are presented with a series of relevant questions. When answered, the result is the creation of a consistent and complete staff report with related exhibits and attachments. This document is stored electronically saving time and money.
AgendaWorkshare is the enterprise-wide collaboration mechanism, allowing the author of the staff report to request a specific group of people to review and approve the document. This process is customized to your business procedures. Reviewers receive an e-mail alert that a staff report is ready for review. Record of who has collaborated is maintained on each staff report. This tool improves the collaboration process, reducing errors and the need for last minute changes.
